Return Period

Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refund or Exchange

  • No cash refunds will be issued, store credit will be credited instead to the webstore account within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be processed.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item.
